This 64,000-square-foot office and maintenance facility has storage space for 25 pieces of equipment. It features an office building and a maintenance shop with six repair bays and a welding shop. Radiant-floor heating systems were installed in the storage and maintenance areas. Other features include a fueling system, lube system, overhead cranes, wash racks and sensor-controlled overhead doors.
