Gundlach Champion’s suite of services combines all of the components our clients need to take a project from start to finish. New and returning clients have the convenience of being able to plan their projects with us to make sure their building meets their needs and budget. We’ll discuss the financial sourcing of your project and analyze the impact your budget has (if any) on taxpayers and your facility. You’ll be intimately involved in the design of the project as you watch your new facility take shape. Finally, we’ll manage and construct the project to finish the the entire process of your new building.
Planning is where an owner’s dreams become reality. The issues that create roadblocks are identified and removed. Our strength lies in our ability to implement solutions. Many firms can plan, but lack the ability to implement.
Gundlach Champion, Inc. will see the project through to completion with a single point of responsibility.
- Financial Sourcing
Project funding may be obtained from a variety of sources both public and private. The owner and project type will dictate the source of funds. Often funds will be obtained from multiple sources for the same project. Gundlach Champion, Inc. has experience working with private lending institutions, USDA, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Private Development Groups, Bond Sales, Trusteed Pension Funds.
Once the planning is complete the design can begin. The design will turn the owners desires into reality. In doing so, however, factors must be taken into consideration that will define the structure, such as: environmental capability, safety and health, expansion ability, optimum site usage, energy efficiency, aesthetics, neighborhood capability, occupant productivity.
Gundlach Champion has substantial experience in construction management, having managed projects with a total value of $150 million. The value of our current construction management contracts in place is now $40 million.
