Hancock School

Gundlach Champion built this 6,5000 square foot elementary school that serves 557 students. The facility is a single story structure designed to compliment the historical mining region. The project includes a gymnasium, kitchen facilities, library and classroom space.

GCI is also the construction manager for the district's middle school, which is scheduled to open in January 2010.
