Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College


The Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College building, which includes a community recreational facility, exhibit information center, and resource technology center. The project totals over 22,535 square feet. The facility houses a gymnasium, weight room, game room, commons area, kitchen, exhibit area, conference room, classrooms, learning labs, offices, and administration areas.

The Pines Convenience Center


Gundlach Champion was the Design-Builder on this 6,300 square foot Convenience and Fuel Center in Baraga, Michigan.  The building contains masonry bearing walls, a steel joist roof structure and an EIFS exterior with natural stone.  Site work on this project included clearing two acres, 18,000 cubic yards of fill, and all utilities. The facility includes 16 gasoline-fueling stations and 6 diesel stations.
