AGC Build America Award-Winner

Gundlach Champion, Inc. worked with the Parish, the Marquette Diocese, and their insurance company to secure the building, develop estimates and schedules, and assemble a team of design and construction professionals to completely renovate the 21,000 square foot church structure. 

The renovation included code upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, replacement of the burned out roof structure in the Sanctuary and Nave, complete replacement of walls and ceilings on the main floor, floor finish replacements, painting, stained glass window removal, repair and replacement and casework/millwork design and installation.  

Liturgical Consultants worked with the design team on such items as layout, painting, light fixtures, and altar/millwork design.
